We all love chocolate, cakes, pastries, and candies. And they trigger you to eat more. But having them daily is not healthy for you. Instead, have some healthy snacks. And remember to avoid sugary drinks too. These drinks cause you to gain weight. And instead of them too, go for some healthy tea.
12. Learn to say no
Just say no when you're not feeling hungry or hungry. It's not like people or your friends offer you food, the food you don't like, and you have to have it. Simply say no and eat what you need to eat.
13. Drink fluids
